Buka Selama Lebaran

Semalam, saat malam takbiran, saya sempat mampir ke salah satu outlet Alfamart. Waktu berada di kasir, saya tanya, “Lebaran toko buka atau tutup mbak?”

“Tetap buka pak, itu sudah keputusan dari kantor pusat. Cuma waktunya agak dimundurin sih pak. Tapi tetap buka kok pak”

“Tapi kan insentifnya gedhe. Karena masuk di hari libur..”

“Iya sih”

Dan esok paginya, beberapa saat setelah sholat Id, saya justru melihat Indomaret yang buka lebih pagi. Saya pikir wah, kasihan juga karyawannya ya. Bagaimana tidak, saat semua orang merayakan hari besar umat Islam, mereka harus membanting tulang. Meskipun mereka mendapat insentif yang lumayanlah untuk ukuran mereka.

Cuma, masak sih tidak ada toleransi untuk tutup di hari besar mereka?
